Best cookbook for healthy quick meals?

Hi
I’m a college student & I also work. I find that I eat alot of junk food & fast food because it’s cheap & easy. I’d like to start eating better but I don’t have time to make a gourmet meal. Any suggestions for a good cookbook that has quick, healthy, good food in it? Thanks!

I have a cookbook here called “Healthy Cooking For Two (or Only You”. It really breaks down recipes for one to four people. And it’s healthy and provides nutritional info.

you can get ” half hour recipes making dishes” at Barnes & Noble bookstore, I saw it on the shelf for cook books, or you can find at bargain book area as well for a cheap price. If you don’t have time to go the book store, you can order oline in their webside . It has a lot healthy recipes, make fast. Goodluck and enjoy it.
