I have been to the Bellagio Buffet on 2 different visits to Vegas. The first one was very good, the second wasn’t as great. I remember them serving the following: Beef wellington, skirt steak, sushi station, salmon, different types of pizza, pasta, and many different desserts.

it’s not worth spending the money … their buffet is horrible!

just ate lunch there on Monday – everything was great!
the various salads, fish, Asian, desserts, all was yummy!
