Splenda and a bunch of other artificial things.
I’ve also tried these things…they taste like crap. Too sweet and just odd tasting.

they have a bunch of artificial sugars and stuff
but remember, that doesn’t mean it has no calories. it just means that per serving, it has less than one calorie

It’s impossible. All food have calories. What it is though is there is this law where if a food has less then 5 calories per serving the makers can put ZERO on the label. When really of course there is calories but they are under 5. Its kind of like trace calories. And by the way those products taste like dirt. Dont waste your money on them. Sorry
God Bless
