quality pots and pans are essentual, spatulas, tongs, staineless steel oven, fridge, quality burners, granite counter tops, wine, olives, double sinks and sink in the kitchen island, nice wood or granit or tile flooring, big pantry, and a stocked pantry.

number one good quality forged chefs knife. good wooden or nsf plastic cutting board. good quality copper core pots and pans if your picky. a kitchen aid and a food processor if your serious. other than that its just creature comforts. hope that helps.
